What is a good table decoration that can be done with martini glasses for a wedding?

I've decided to use martini glasses as table decorations for my wedding i was planning to have the cracked ice stuff dyed orange and put a tiger lily on top. I don't know anymore my colors are ivory and chocolate brown with orange as an accent color. Any suggestions or pictures of any ideas would be helpful!! Thanks!!

  1. I really like your idea

  3. Use a stainless martini glass put a candle in the middle with an orange lily and vine trailing towards the bottom. You can clump a couple glasses together and use them as table favors to give to each guest. The obvious is candles and flowers but what about small balloons in ivory and orange grouped together and put in the stainless martini glass. You could put a ring of flowers at the base. You could use candle rings that would be inexpensive. If you use glass martini glasses you can get them inexpensively at the dollar store. Hope this helps.
  4. Some other interesting options (depending on the theme of your wedding) -- Fill up the martini glasses with after dinner mints, or m&m's that have your wedding date + initial's printed on them, and/or attach a martini recipe (see source for martini recipe ideas) with a ribbon to each martini glass for guests to take home with them. You could also fill each glass up with rice or sand and then add a photo of you and your fiance to a photo holder and stick it in the rice/sand. The typical (but very simple and elegant) idea might be to add water with a simple floating candle, and then adding the fun martini recipe. Just doing a braindump for ya. Hope this will at least spark some ideas for you. Congratulations and have a blast!
